Dovre multifuel stoves offer
great flexibility when it comes to real fire home heating,
with the ability to burn both wood and a wide range
of solid fuels from coal to peat.The
advantage of solid fuels are not having to store and
season a supply of wood and the convenience of purchasing
solid fuel as it is required. All Dovre multifuel stoves
are manufactured from premium grade cast iron for maximum
heat transfer and efficiency.

With over sixty years' experience manufacturing
premium quality cast iron stoves, Dovre have further
developed their range of renowned wood and multifuel
stoves to incorporate four gas fired models. Built for
a lifetime’s rugged use the 2700, 2000DVD,
500 and 250 models feature the most realistic coal
effect gas fires available, along with near silent
burners, high output and the great heat retention of
premium grade cast iron.
All Dovre gas stoves will run on Natural Gas or LPG
and feature easy to control heat output and built in
safety features to turn the gas off in the event of chimney
blockage or pilot light failure.

The
500e has all the qualities that make
Dovre’s traditional cast iron stoves one of the

Based on the multifuel Dovre 500, a real
cast iron stove renowned for its elegant charm and solid
construction, the Dovre 500e brings a new dimension to
heating. With real glowing coals and a specially designed
fire effect with flickering flames the 500e is totally
convincing with none of the drawbacks - no fuel to store,
no messy cleaning, no dangerous sparks.
A 2kW fan-assisted heater
built into the base of the stove provides plenty of
warmth while requiring no chimney. This means the stove
can be sited anywhere there is a suitable wall socket
and it can even be moved from room to room. The flame
effect can be used independently of the heating unit
