This web site is a full eCommerce
site where you can order and pay for your items by Credit
Card.
However, we offer a choice of payment methods as follows: -
1 - Payment By Credit Card On-line
When you have finished adding to your Basket, click on
the ' Pay now ' button and you will be taken to a secure
part of our site to enter your credit card and delivery
details. You will receive a confirmation of order
by email, normally, within a few minutes. We will ship your item as soon as possible.
2 - Payment by Post using our Printable
Order Form
When you have finished adding to your Basket, click on
'Printable Order Form'. Please sign and post your order
- with payment by cheque payable to 'StovesandFires.Com'
- and, once received, we will contact you to acknowledge
your Order and confirm delivery schedule.
3 - Payment by Telephone with Email Orders
When you have finished adding to your Basket, click on
'Email your Order'. Once we receive your Order, we will
contact you to take your credit card details and arrange
delivery.

Delivery
We will arrange delivery as soon as your order and payment
(by cheque or credit card) have been processed. For
items in stock, we aim to deliver
within 3-5 working days. For items we need to order
from the manufacturers or have delivered to you
direct from the manufacturers, delivery is normally within
2-3 weeks. If actual availability is outside of these times, we will contact you to advise accordingly.
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 working days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are out of stock we will despatch your order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will inform you and either offer an alternative or, of course, you may cancel your order.
Carriage
Your items will be shipped in the most appropriate manner
relative to the goods.
Larger Items (e.g. Stoves, Fires, etc.) - will usually be shipped
on a pallet and delivery will be by tail lift truck to a position nearest to your address - normally the pavement. Please bare in mind that many items
will be heavy.
Smaller Items (e.g. Companion Sets) - may be shipped by parcel post.
Carriage charges - These are clearly shown before
you commit to your order either online, by post or by email.
Exceptional Carriage Locations - For some locations (e.g. off-shore) we are not able to confirm the delivery charge on line. In such circumstances, we will ask you to contact us for a quotation.
Returns
Cancellation - You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy).
Returns Policy - We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please advise us immediately and return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any carriage costs.
At our discretion, we will replace, repair
or make a full refund upon inspection of the goods.
Do NOT
sign for goods that are damaged without first making
it clear on the Delivery Note.
Re-Stocking Charges
Whereas we will not normally levy a re-stocking charge,
this will be necessary where we have had to order in
a special item for you. The charge will need to reflect
the costs imposed on us.
Privacy Policy
StovesandFires.Com need to collect information to process
and complete your order. Any information collected
by us will not be disclosed to third parties, except
for delivery purposes and, occasionally, to manufacturers
under warranty terms.
Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
